Fiscal Talents Financial Coaching is a service that addresses financial accountability based on Matthew 25:14-15. This service focuses on what we call “The 4 Kingdom Keys to Good Financial Stewardship”. Like finances, these keys are essential to establishing a secure financial future that impacts every area of our lives.

The 4 financial keys are Decision, Determination, Diligence, & Discipline. Each play a vital role in our coaching process which has been described and outlined below:

Kingdom Key #1: Decision - Decide to make the changes necessary to have a healthy and stable financial future.

Coaching Step 1: Complete the initial intake meeting where we discuss services and desired outcomes.

Kingdom Key #2: Determination - Having a firm and fixed mindset about the decision to become financially healthy.

Coaching Step 2: Create the Strategic Financial Blueprint that provides a full overview of ones financial picture, the goals to be achieved and the desired time frame in which the goals are to be accomplished.

Kingdom Key #3: Diligence - Ensuring that your choices and actions align with steps 1 & 2 and are fueled by the goal to have a financially healthy future.

Coaching Step 3: Complete the TNT Meeting (Tactical Numbers Training) where we educate and assist clients with establishing numeric goals based on the unique Strategic Financial Blueprint created in step 2.

By examining current spending habits and expenses we determine where adjustments can be made, and position our clients for success in reaching financial goals.

Kingdom Key #4: Discipline - Having the courage to delay present gratification to have a future that allows you to enjoy lifes pleasures without guilt or fear of lack.

Coaching Step 4: Createthe Monthly Strategic Money Plan that will assist in navigating day to day financial transactions and provide direction for finances when received.
